When Returns Are Accepted

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every knife. If your item develops a manufacturer defect at any time, we will issue a full refund upon return and inspection of the item.

Manufacturer defects include:

  • Blade snapping or breaking

  • Handle failure (loose or broken)

  • Major edge chipping not caused by misuse

All returned items are subject to inspection. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care is not considered a manufacturer defect and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your return is approved due to a manufacturer defect, we will cover the return shipping.

Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).

  3. Contact your bank (some institutions post refunds slower than others).
