This Gyuto is stacked with benefits. First, it is light weight. Looking at it and then picking it up gives you a feeling of disbelief of how light and balanced it feels. Second, it is a S grind. This not only reduces cutting resistance but also increase food release. Third, it is Damascus. This gives a slight serration on the edge making it cut even better and for longer. This all mixed with the appearance. I truly love this knife and would love to keep it.
