Attributes: this is a Japanese inspired western Gyuto. The build is simple but timeless. grind the edge to zero and sharpen it. All while keeping that forged finish look. It provides clean easy cutting and some eye candy. It is no wonder why this type of knife is the most successful in the cutlery market. This time around i used one of the kings of carbon cutlery steel.
